NEW THIS YEAR, ponytails will be cut!
You've been asking and FINALLY, thanks to the Je T'aime Coiffure salon, we'll be cutting and donating your ponytails!
And don't worry, these AMAZING stylists aren't going to cut your ponytail and run, they'll be sure to style your cut so that you're strutting away from the Shave sporting a new beautiful, chic look! Depending on the length, we'll be donating your ponytails to Wigs for Kids (must be 12" or longer). If your hair isn't long enough to donate, you can still have your ponytail cut at our event no matter the length! CLICK HERE to start your fundraising page for your chop! PRIZES WILL BE AWARDED : )

How our Shave a Hero//Save a Hero event began
Shave a Hero//Save a Hero was created and inspired by Mia Rose McCaffrey, forever 6-years-old. In this photo Mia is shaving the head of ex-Chief Ryan Clarke (Middletown Twp. Fire Dept) during the filming of our music video for "Fighter" (August 2016). It was Ryan and 3rd Assistant Fire Chief John Waltz who came up with the idea of the shave event shortly after Mia's passing 3.17.17 just 364 days into her fight.
Mia didn't lose her battle against childhood cancer because each and every day of her life she inspired everyone to #MakeItAmazing! |
