"Fighter" Angels
Unfortunately, childhood cancer is the number one disease killer of our children so not every family is as fortunate as ours. Approximately 2,555 children die each year from cancer (in the U.S. alone), and quite honestly we in the childhood cancer community believe it to be much more then that. This slide show is a small way for us to honor the children who have been taken much too soon. Please take a moment to look at their beautiful faces, and honor their lives by doing something unexpected and heartfelt for someone else today. Also, many of their photographs are hyperlinked to a Facebook page or website, so be sure to click on each child so that you can learn more about how they lived and what their families are doing in their memory.
“If you know someone who has lost a child, and you’re afraid to mention their child because
you think you might make them sad by reminding them that they died - - you’re not reminding them.
They didn’t forget they died. What you’re reminding them of is that you remembered that they lived, and that is a great gift.”

Because of timing, we could only fit a handful of children to honor at the end of our music video, however “Fighter” is meant to honor ALL children affected by cancer (or any horrible disease for that matter). If you are the parent of an angel and would like us to include your child in the above slideshow, please e-mail us with your child’s name, photo, “forever age,” as well as include any link you’d like us to connect via their photo (a foundation website or Facebook page for example).
